Nada Khaled has a diverse range of work experience. Nada started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Careem in December 2017 and continued until April 2018. In this role, they focused on solving clients' problems and providing information about the company's services.

Nada held this role until January 2021 and was responsible for managing various operational tasks. Nada then advanced to become a Business Operations Sr. Executive, a position they held from January 2021 to December 2022. Nada'sfinal role at Dsquares was as a Client Support Team Lead for the Freshdesk Team, a position they held from December 2022 until June 2023.

Currently, Nada is working at WECHEER as a Client Operations Specialist, starting from June 2023.

Nada Khaled pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their high school diploma in the Scientific Major from Hurghada Secondary School, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Nada then attended Ain Shams University from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Alsun, specializing in Russian Language and Literature. Nada later pursued further education at AUC - School of Continuing Education, where they completed the English for Professional Purposes Certificate program in the field of English Language and Literature. Additionally, Nada obtained a Certificate of Completion in Asana Together: Ambassador Training from Asana in June 2021.
