María José González Polo

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana runs an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana ran Barbería El Galgo Negro as the Owner/Manager from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
