At PRISM International, Inc., Chevara facilitated high-impact instructor-led training and workshops for employees, managers and C-Suite executives on Unconscious Bias, Cultural Agility, Inclusive Leadership, Empathetic Leadership, LGBTQ Allyship, Gender Bias, and Sexual Harassment. Chevara also consulted and advised organizations and senior leaders on solutions to build more inclusive, higher performance teams.

While at PRISM International, Inc., Chevara created D&I LGBTQ ally toolkits and workshop content used in 22 states across the U.S. Notable clients included American Express, Toyota, MetLife, The Boeing Company, American Automobile Association, U.S. Pharmacopeia, ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and many others, from the Fortune 1000 to government agencies and nonprofits.

Chevara Orrin has a Bachelor of Science from The University of Memphis, where they majored in Mass Communication and minored in Sociology. Chevara also has a certification in Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICS) from IDI, LLC and Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) from IDI, LLC. In addition, they are a certified Bold, Inclusive Conversations Facilitator from The Winters Group, Inc.
