Megan Larson

Megan Larson is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for The Winters Group, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing marketing, communications, new product development, and long-term product strategy. Prior to joining The Winters Group, Megan was the Director of Marketing for Egen, a 7-time Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing technology company, and worked for 10 years at Thomson, a Danaher company, specializing in marketing automation, webinars, and email marketing.

Megan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Columbia College and graduated with honors from Roosevelt University (MS in Integrated Marketing Communications) and Argosy University (EdD in Organizational Leadership). She is a passionate advocate for women and works within her community to reduce violence against women and increase equity in education. She is a former Chapter President for the IL National Organization for Women.
