Melanie Miller

Melanie Miller is the DEIB Engagement Architect and Principal at Melanie Miller & Associates LLC, where Melanie has provided expertise in diversity, inclusion, bias, and leadership since January 1997. Melanie collaborates with clients to create impactful learning experiences that align with organizational values and goals. Additionally, Melanie holds positions as a Senior Facilitator with The Winters Group, Inc., and engages in inclusion research and consulting at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Melanie has also served as a Senior Consultant for several organizations, including Delta Concepts Inc., SDMS 360, Multi-Training Systems LLC, Cook Ross, Talent Dimensions, and The FutureWork Institute, focusing on areas such as inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, and diversity training. Melanie earned a BS in Marketing from Jacksonville State University in 1985.
