Nicole Miller

Nicole Miller is a business professional with more than 10 + years of experience in business organization, project management, and program support. She is well-versed in professional development training, team building, and communication. Her background covers multiple community sectors including non-profit, early education, government, and healthcare systems.

In her role as the Project Administrator for The Winters Group, Inc., she is responsible for supporting multiple departments with project management and communication skills. She serves as the liaison between internal teams and external partners. Nicole coordinates various components of cultural audits, including Intercultural Developmental Inventory® assessments, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data collection.

In her spare time, she enjoys singing, listening to music, spoken word and volunteering at Shekinah Glory Church of Faith and Deliverance within the Youth Ministry. Nicole, a former college basketball player, is a Cum Laude graduate of Bennett College where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
