Ian Cox

Ian Cox has extensive experience in the golf industry, currently serving as the Director of Golf & Operations at The Wisley Golf Club Plc since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ian held positions as Club Manager and Membership Director at Wentworth Club Ltd from July 2019 to September 2021, and Development Director at The Wisley Golf Club from October 2017 to July 2019. Ian's earlier career includes being the Head Professional & Director of Golf at RedStick Golf Club in Florida from October 2012 to September 2017, where golf traditions focused on walking with a caddie. Additionally, Ian was the Director of Golf and Real Estate at Royal Westmoreland from December 2001 to December 2011 and worked as a Professional Golfer at The Gleneagles Hotel from October 1996 to December 2001.
