Jill Parenti

Jill Parenti has extensive work experience in property management, beginning in 1995 with BRE Properties as a Community Manager. Jill then moved on to Spieker Companies, where they served as a Regional Manager from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, Jill worked at Prometheus Real Estate Group as a Portfolio Manager. Jill then joined Sares-Regis Group as a Regional Vice President of Multifamily Property Management from 2010 to 2011. Following that, Jill worked at Riverstone Residential Group as a Regional Manager in 2011 and subsequently at Property Management as a Property Management Professional from 2012 to 2014. Their work experience also includes serving as a Regional Property Manager at LMC, a Lennar Company, from 2014 to 2019. Currently, Jill is working at The Wolff Company as the Director of Lease Up Operations starting from June 2019.

Jill Parenti attended American River College from 1990 to 1992. Jill did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field during their time at the college. Additionally, in October 2001, Jill obtained a certification as an Accredited Residential Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
