Autumn Claypool

Autumn Claypool is an experienced professional with a background in counseling, customer relations, and education. Currently serving as a PEARLS Counselor at The Women's Center of Tarrant County since June 2019, Autumn empowers clients to develop diverse coping skills and collaborates with care teams to address client needs. Previous experience includes working as a Customer Relations Advocate at Fidelity Investments, where Autumn managed high call volumes and responded to customer inquiries regarding brokerage and IRA accounts, and as Education Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County, where Autumn created and organized educational programs and maintained documentation for grant compliance. Autumn holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Texas Wesleyan University.
