Fay Li

Fay Li is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Protégé in the Mentoring Program for Women Leaders at The Women's Foundation since October 2023. With a significant background in property and real estate as the Principal at Redpath Partners since July 2017, Fay specializes in private equity real estate executive search and recruitment in Asia. Additional experience includes working as a Yoga Instructor at Pinnacle Performance since June 2022, and previously as a Consultant in Quantitative Analytics & Risk Management at Eames Consulting Group, where Fay successfully built the FI credit and market risk segment. Fay's career commenced as an Associate at PwC, demonstrating strong communication skills and self-motivation. Fay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an Alberta High School Diploma from Archbishop MacDonald High School.
