Genevieve James

Genevieve James is a seasoned Gallup certified coach and HR consultant with extensive international experience. Since January 2016, Genevieve has been working at Gallup, facilitating growth for individuals, teams, and leaders. Additional roles include mentoring for The Women's Foundation and serving as a board member for the International Coaching Federation HK Chapter. Genevieve founded 4 Little Dots, a children's clothing line aimed at supporting refugee families. Previous experience includes positions as Global Learning and Development Manager at Nestlé Nespresso SA and Human Performance Consultant at Accenture. Genevieve's educational background includes advanced degrees in Human Resources and leadership certifications from prestigious institutions, including Yale School of Management.
