Palesa Hanc is currently a Catalyst at The Women's Impact Alliance (formerly The Coaching Fellowship). Prior to this role, Palesa served as a Senior Manager of Finance & Operations at Evidence Action. With a background in political science and public health, Palesa has extensive experience in financial management, cost analysis, and operational support for various organizations such as UNDP, Helen Keller International, and the Clinton Foundation.
