Rachel O. has a diverse work experience. From 2018, they worked as a Customer Services Assistant at Santander UK for a brief period. In 2021, they joined the Alan B. Miller Entrepreneurship Center as a Hub Coordinator and later became a Student Partner in 2022. Additionally, in 2022, Rachel became the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for The Women's Network (TWN-W&M) and also worked as a Tribe TutorZone Academic Tutor at William & Mary.

Rachel O. completed their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) at Bishop Ramsey CE School from 2014 to 2019. Rachel then attended Sierra Canyon School from 2019 to 2021, where they earned their High School Diploma. Currently, Rachel is enrolled at William & Mary, starting in 2021, and is expected to graduate in 2025 with two Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees.
