Elle Stella

Elle Stella has a strong background in learning and organizational development. Elle currently holds the position of Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development at The Wonderful Company, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at the same company. From 2013 to 2019, Elle worked as the Director of Training & Development at SusieCakes Bakeries. Before that, from 2007 to 2013, they worked as an OD Consultant, Trainer, and Coach at Insight Strategies, Inc. Elle started their career in 1997 as a Server and Trainer at California Pizza Kitchen, where they worked until 2006.

Elle Stella has a BA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, which they earned from 2002 to 2004. Elle then pursued an MA in Psychology from Pepperdine University from 2004 to 2006. Afterwards, they obtained an MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University-Los Angeles, completing it between 2006 and 2008.
