Eric Sill

Eric Sill has extensive work experience in various companies. Eric started their career in 1995 at General Parts International/CARQUEST Auto Parts, where they worked as a Human Resources/Safety Manager until 2007. After that, they joined Paramount Farming Company as an HR/Safety Manager and worked there until 2013. Currently, they are working at The Wonderful Company as a Director of Philanthropy Facilities, a role they took on in 2019. Additionally, they also served as an Occupational Safety Manager at The Wonderful Company, starting in 2013.

Eric Sill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Safety Studies from California State University-Sacramento, which they completed from 1992 to 1995. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Active Shooter Training from the ALICE Training Institute in 2018, CPR/AED First Aid Course from MEDIC First Aid in 2017, IVES Forklift certification from IVES Training Group in 2015, and several other safety-related certifications from Culture Change Consultants, CAL OSHA, American Safety Institute, Nissan Forklift, and AgSafe. Eric also holds a certification as an ATV Safety Organization Instructor, and received training in forklift operation and tractor operation.
