Galina Krivitsky

Galina Krivitsky is a seasoned real estate attorney with extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. Currently serving as Senior Real Estate Counsel at The Wonderful Company since October 2021, Galina previously held positions at Seyfarth Shaw LLP for nearly a decade, progressing from Associate to Partner. Galina's expertise encompasses a wide range of activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions, with a specialization in due diligence for real estate investment trusts, insurance companies, and pension funds. Earlier legal experience includes a role as an Attorney at DLA Piper and as an Auditor at KPMG US. Galina earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
