Kim Marczak

Director, Strategy Group at The Wonderful Company

Kim Marczak has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2009 with a role as a Reports Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Kim then joined the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 2010, where they held various roles, including Reports Analyst and Financial Reports Associate. During their time at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, they managed a team, analyzed securities data, and led a national workgroup on operational risks. Kim also worked as a Consultant at Stern Consulting Corps, where they partnered with various organizations on volunteer consulting projects. In 2016, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant before moving to The Wonderful Company in 2017. At The Wonderful Company, Kim has held roles as an Associate Manager, Manager, and currently serves as the Director of the Strategy Group.

Kim Marczak has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from NYU Stern School of Business, which was obtained between 2012 and 2015. Kim also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, earned from 2005 to 2009, with a focus on Finance, Management, and French. Additionally, Kim has studied International Management, Productions Management, and French as an exchange student at Ecole de Management de Strasbourg in 2007. Kim also gained knowledge in International Marketing and Strategy, as well as Asia-Pacific Studies, during a summer program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in the same year. Furthermore, they completed their high school education at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School from 2001 to 2005. Kim Marczak has recently obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, but the specific date of completion is not provided.
