Kimberley Fernandes has extensive experience in learning and organizational development. Kimberley is currently the Vice President & Head of Learning and Organizational Development at The Wonderful Company, where they oversee the development and implementation of learning and leadership development initiatives for a large organization. Prior to this, they worked at WarnerMedia as the Director of Global Organization and Leadership Development, where they managed the learning and development team and implemented employee engagement events and programs. Kimberley also has experience as a Manager at Accenture and as the Director of the United Front Multicultural Center at the University of San Diego. Kimberley began their career as a Student Affairs Coordinator at The Juilliard School.

Kimberley Fernandes holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Communication at Villanova University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including Fostering Inclusion and Diversity from the Yale School of Management, Hogan Leadership Assessments from Hogan Assessment Systems, Coaching from InsideOut Development, Women's Leadership from WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., The Women's Organization for Mentoring, Education and Networking, Prosci Change Management from Prosci, and Principles and Practices of Organizational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University.
