Tom Armentrout-Wiswall

Tom Armentrout-Wiswall, MPH, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom began their career at KPMG Peat Marwick, where they served as a Manager in the Management Consulting Division in Moscow, Russia, assisting foreign investors with establishing operations and implementing finance systems. Tom then joined IBM/PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Associate Partner, where they sold and led learning and development activities for global technology implementation projects.

Tom later worked at Countrywide Financial as the Vice President of Talent Management and HR Strategic Partnerships, developing retention strategies and defining enterprise organizational development functions. Tom then joined Disney ABC Television Group as the Vice President of Human Resources, leading global HR functions for various businesses.

Tom then took on the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Paramount Pictures, where they led the global HR Generalist function and partnered with senior executives on cultural and organizational changes. After that, they joined the University of California, Los Angeles as a Graduate Student and Consultant, earning their Master of Public Health degree and winning a business plan competition for a comprehensive plan in healthcare management.

Their most recent position was at The Wonderful Company, where they first served as the Head of Special Initiatives in the Strategy Group before becoming the Head of Human Resources.

Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, talent management, performance management, compensation planning, leadership coaching, and employee relations.

Tom Armentrout-Wiswall, MPH, MBA received their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Population Health from UCLA in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA degree in Strategy from The Wharton School in 1997. In 1986, they graduated from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business with a BBA degree in Accounting. Their education journey commenced at Chamblee High School, where they completed their high school education between 1976 and 1981.
