Cathy Patterson, CPM, has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Cathy started their career as a Senior Real Estate Property Manager at Trammell Crow Company in 1986. Cathy then became the President and Co-Owner of The Precision Group Inc., specializing in commercial construction, from 1992 to 2004. Following that, they worked as a Senior Property Manager and Asset Manager at Greenway Investment Company, where they gained extensive experience in buying, selling, and developing commercial real estate. Since 2015, Cathy has been serving as the Vice President of Real Estate at The Woodmont Company.

Cathy Patterson, CPM, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
