Russell Overman

Russell Overman is a Client Representative at The Wooten Company, bringing with him extensive experience in various leadership roles within government entities and airports. Over the years, Russell has served as County Manager for Carteret County Government, Martin County, and Town Manager for the Town of Ahoskie. Russell's background also includes roles as an Airport Manager and Finance Officer. Russell holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from East Carolina University.
