Gracia Padilla currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Lead at The Workloop, where innovative process improvements have notably enhanced operational efficiency, alongside leading projects focused on optimizing data management systems. Previous experience includes roles as a Continuous Improvement Analyst, Project Designer at the Engineering Management Institute, and Customer Service Agent at Startek, where significant contributions included reducing recurring customer issues and processing refund requests. Gracia also volunteered as an Outdoor Instructor at Youlbury Scout Center, teaching children various outdoor activities, and contributed to creating a nurturing environment for children at Casa Hogar Bencaleth.
