Femi Merit

Femi Merit currently serves as the Service Desk Team Lead at Capita since August 2023. Prior to this, Femi worked as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Coventry University from January 2020 to August 2023, providing support for systems including Windows Operating systems, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, print servers, SharePoint, and Active Directory. Femi's experience also includes serving as an IT Engineer at NFU Mutual between August 2017 and January 2022, where responsibilities involved addressing user issues, remote troubleshooting, escalating problems, and maintaining a ticketing system. Femi began the career as a Junior IT Engineer at Olleco from August 2016 to June 2017. Femi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Networking and Communication Technology from Coventry University, obtained between 2012 and 2015, and has an educational background from City College Coventry from 2010 to 2012.
