John M.

John M. has a diverse range of work experience in technology and infrastructure management. John started their career as a Senior System Engineer at Experian in 2010 and went on to lead infrastructure build teams and drive process improvements as an Infrastructure Build Manager. John also served as a Team Lead and Lead Engineer Special Projects, where they provided consulting and delivered process improvements for new projects.

Later, John M. joined Frasers Group as an Infrastructure Delivery Manager, where they worked with various teams to drive delivery and align priorities. John then assumed the role of Head of Systems, Cloud Technologies and End User Computing, leading a team responsible for delivering and supporting solutions in key areas such as cloud, end user services, servers/storage, asset management, and monitoring. In their most recent role at Frasers Group as the Head of IT Service Design and Improvement, John M. built a high-performing team and fostered a culture of continuous improvement while managing IT delivery and service management.

Currently, John M. holds the position of Head of Technology Services and Operations at The Works Stores Ltd, where they lead the Technology Services and Cyber Security functions. Their responsibilities include defining and delivering infrastructure roadmaps, building high-performing agile teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT operations across various areas.

John M. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Sheffield Hallam University.
