Kate Turner

Kate Turner currently serves as the Head of Central Operations at The Works Stores Ltd since June 2023. Previously, Kate held multiple positions at Farrow & Ball from October 2015 to June 2023, including Head of Central Retail Operations and Group Commercial Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading global retail operations and managing property processes. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Commercial Manager at Princess Cruises, UK, where Kate facilitated the promotional strategy for the UK market, and various positions at Carnival UK, focusing on trading, planning, and inventory management for major cruise lines. Kate began a career in retail as Sales Leader for Home Furnishings at Laura Ashley and holds a degree in History and American Studies from the University of Worcester.
