Ben Jones

Ben Jones has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and management consulting. From 2017, they have been working as the Director of Analytics & Data Science at The Workshop - Inventors of play. Prior to this, they worked at North Highland UK as a Data & Analytics Consultant from 2014 to 2017, where they led the Retail portfolio and delivered analytics projects for multiple clients. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Accenture as a Management Consultant, gaining experience in technical and management consulting across various industries.

Ben Jones attended the University of Bath from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Project Management. Prior to that, they attended King Edwards VI Grammar School from 2005 to 2007, and Westcliff High School for Boys from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Ben also obtained certifications such as the Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in November 2015, and the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2015.
