Carmen David

Carmen David has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to product management and business analysis. Carmen started their career as an Intern Room Attendant at The Umstead Hotel and Spa in 2007. Carmen then worked at The Red Point as a Product Manager and Department Manager, where they were responsible for customer communication and writing specification and design documents. Carmen also worked at Endava as a Senior Business Analyst before joining William Hill as a Senior Business Analyst Lead. In this role, they led and owned requirements gathering and documenting for mobile product projects using Agile engineering practices. Carmen is currently working at The Workshop - Inventors of Play, where they started as the Head of Business Analysis and later became the Head of Product. Carmen is currently serving as the Director of Product Management. Overall, Carmen has demonstrated a strong expertise in product management, business analysis, and Agile methodologies throughout their career.

Carmen David obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in European Business Administration from Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava from 2008 to 2010.

Carmen also obtained certification in "Modelling Business Processes" from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in September 2017, and a certification in "Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis" from the same institution in March 2012. Additionally, Carmen acquired the "Professional Scrum Product Owner I Certification" from Scrum.org, although the specific month and year of its completion are not provided.
