Cristian Costache

Cristian Costache is a seasoned professional in the field of data engineering and business intelligence, currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Workshop since October 2022. With over 16 years of experience at Ubisoft, Cristian held various roles, including Senior Engineering Manager and Manager of Development & Architecture, where responsibilities encompassed managing global data engineering teams and enhancing internal processes for efficiency. Cristian's expertise also covers defining and optimizing technical practices as a BI Lead Architect and Business Intelligence Architect, successfully delivering projects across multiple business domains as a Senior BI Developer. Prior to Ubisoft, Cristian worked at TotalSoft as an IT BI Analyst Programmer, starting a career in programming and data analysis. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economics, Tourism, and Commercial Management from Universitatea Creștină „Dimitrie Cantemir” din București and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from "Tudor Vladimirescu" High School.
