María García

Head Of Product Loyalty at The Workshop

María García has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. María started their career as a Senior Sales Consultant at Aifos in 2003 and worked there until 2007. María then joined El Cuartel Creativo, S.L. as an Account Manager from 2007 to 2009. Later, María joined Almira Labs in 2009, where they worked in Business Development, focusing on markets in Spain, Italy, and the USA until 2014. After that, they joined The Workshop - Inventors of Play, where they held multiple roles, including Product Management for Casino, Product Manager for CRM, and currently serves as the Head of Product - Loyalty since June 2021. Throughout their roles, María has been responsible for defining product roadmaps, managing development and implementation processes, and collaborating with various teams to meet business and operational requirements.

María García has an extensive education history. María obtained a Licenciatura en Traducción e Interpretación (Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpretation) from the Universitat Jaume I, where they studied English, German, and French, from 1997 to 2002. Later on, in 2002 and 2003, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at EOI. Subsequently, in 2011, María earned a Master's Degree in Digital Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School. In 2013, they completed the Programa Superior en Dirección de Ventas PSDV (Advanced Program in Sales Management) at ESIC. Lastly, in 2018, María attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to complete an Executive Program focused on Artificial Intelligence - Implications for Business Strategy.
