Mariana Aguirre possesses a diverse professional background with significant experience in business ownership and compliance. Currently, Mariana operates AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Mariana has held the role of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Between November 2017 and November 2019, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro. In the field of nutrition, Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training center from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
