Patrick Edrin

Patrick Edrin is a culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Senior Chef De Partie at Michael J Wright Group since December 2022. Prior to this role, Patrick held positions as Junior Sous Chef and Demi Chef de Partie at Shakespeare and Co. from January 2022 to November 2022 and July 2019 to 2021, respectively. Earlier experience includes work as a Commis Chef at Hard Rock International and Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, with a focus on grill preparation and maintaining culinary standards. Patrick began the culinary journey as a Cook at Navayuga Indian Restaurant Colombo and holds a diploma in computer studies from Infosion Institute of Information Technology. Education was completed at St. Patrick’s College from 2005 to 2009.
