Matthieu Hoffmann

Matthieu Hoffmann is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various industries, including visual effects, game development, and consulting. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at THE YARD VFX, Matthieu leads HR initiatives for a company known for award-winning visual effects. Previously, Matthieu held the position of Head of HR at DONTNOD Entertainment, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and management, as well as participation in the executive committee. Matthieu's background also includes roles as Human Resources Director at Technicolor Creative Studios, Isodev, and Niji, along with experience in recruitment at PLES Convergence and CS GROUP. Matthieu holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
