Samantha Slydell

Samantha Slydell (Assoc. CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning several roles over the years. Starting with their current position as the Group Assistant Director of People, Culture & Organisational Development at The YOU Trust, they are responsible for implementing human resources and organisational development strategies. Samantha also mentors their team and provides specialist advice on complex matters. Prior to this, Samantha worked as the Group People & Learning Manager, People Manager, Employee Relations & Engagement Team Leader, and Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist at the same company. Samantha also has experience as a Human Resources Officer and a PA & HR Administrator. Before joining The YOU Trust, Samantha worked at Arun Estates as an Estate Agent & Sales Chaser and later as a Branch Administrator.

Samantha Slydell (Assoc. CIPD) attended various educational institutions to pursue their education. From 1997 to 1999, they attended Southdowns College, where they pursued A-Levels in the fields of Law, Sociology, and Fine Art. In 2005, they enrolled in Highbury College and completed a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) with a focus on Human Resources. Later, from 2010 to 2013, Samantha attended Manchester University, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management through the CIPD Professional Development Scheme at Level 7.
