Simon Creasy

Simon Creasy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and counselling. Currently serving as a Sessional Counsellor at Off The Record South East Hampshire and The YOU Trust since January 2022, Simon previously established the HR function as a Human Resources Consultant for BABYNOV. From March 2002 to March 2021, Simon acted as a Human Resources Business Partner at Princes Limited, overseeing HR for multiple manufacturing sites. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Human Resources Manager at Pirelli. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling from the University of Chichester, an Advanced Certificate in Family and Couples Therapy from the Institute Of Family Therapy, and a Chartered FCIPD designation. Simon also holds an MBA in Human Resources Strategy from The Open University.
