Jeff Poor

Jeff Poor has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Jeff is currently the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing at The Zidian Group since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Pelton Shepherd from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Vice President of Operations at T. Marzetti Company, where they led multiple manufacturing sites and oversaw various functions. Before that, from 2014 to 2016, they served as the VP of Manufacturing at Atrium Innovations, leading two manufacturing sites. Jeff also held the position of Site Leader at Pfizer (Alacer) from 2010 to 2014, overseeing the production of Emergen-C dietary supplement drink mix. Jeff'searlier roles include being the Plant Manager at Chiquita, Conagra Brands, and serving as the Regional Operations Leader at Cargill. Jeff started their career in the US Army as a Captain.

Jeff Poor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Police Administration from the University of Louisville, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Jeff later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Bellevue University, completing this degree between 2005 and 2008.
