Mikhail Slepchenkov

Mikhail Slepchenkov currently serves as the Head of Electrical Engineering and Controls at Thea Energy, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Mikhail Slepchenkov spent over thirteen years at TAE Technologies, Inc., where roles included Vice President of Technology and Innovation for TAE Power Solutions, Director of Engineering for Power Management and E-Mobility, and Lead Electrical Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UC Irvine from August 2008 to September 2010 and as an Assistant Professor at Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University from September 2006 to July 2008. Mikhail Slepchenkov holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Power Electronics from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University, earned between 1994 and 2005.
