Ganesh Singh Rawat has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Biryani Blues since August 2013, having previously held the positions of Area Manager and Restaurant Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Restaurant Manager and Shift Manager at Nirula's Corner House Private Limited from October 2009 to July 2013.
