Coni Ciongoli Koepfinger

Coni Ciongoli Koepfinger is a seasoned playwright and artistic director with extensive experience in theatre. Currently serving as a playwright at Theater for the New City and a co-artistic director at Dionysus Fest: The Voice of Women, Coni is also a co-founder and artistic director of the National Schoolhouse for Theatre Arts, which fosters students' creativity and love for learning. Additional roles include partner and playwright at Bow Tie Productions, and involvement with Sky Blue, Cosmic Orchid, and Manhattan Repertory Theatre as a playwright. Coni’s works often explore themes of connection, madness, and self-discovery. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in English and Cultural Theory from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and Playwriting from Penn State University.
