Bert van Aalsburg

Bert van Aalsburg is an experienced independent actor, stage manager, and designer with a career spanning several decades in the theatre and film industries. Since June 1982, Bert has worked as an independent actor, stage manager, and designer, also serving as a stage manager for AEA productions since 1999. Bert's contributions as a scenic designer include notable projects with African American Shakespeare and Lorraine Hansberry Theatre. As a technical director and designer for various companies such as Boxcar Theatre and Off Broadway West, Bert earned two nominations from the Critics' Circle in 2011.
