Sandilya Garimella

Sandilya Garimella is the current Head of IT & Infrastructure at TheCapitalNet. Sandilya has over 17 years of experience in the field of Information Technology.

Sandilya started their career in 1999 as a Systems Maintenance Engineer at ECIL-ECIT, a Government of India enterprise. Sandilya later moved on to Space Technologies Limited where they served as Senior Faculty and Wing Operations Executive. In 2004, they joined Brigade Corporation India Pvt Ltd as a Subject Matter Expert.

In 2006, Sandilya was promoted to TSE and later to Sr. Manager, Information Technology in 2008. Sandilya spent 8 years with the company before moving to RealPage India Pvt Ltd in 2016. After 4 years with RealPage, they were appointed as the Head of IT & Infrastructure at TheCapitalNet in 2020.

Sandilya Garimella has a degree in Information Technology Management Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. They also have a Advanced Cyber security degree from Stanford University School of Engineering. They also hold a Certificate In Computing from Indira Gandhi National Open University and are Advanced Cyber Security certified from Stanford University School of Engineering. Sandilya Garimella is also certified from The Open Group in TOGAF 9, from Microsoft in MCSA: Windows Server 2012, from APMG International in COBIT 5, and from AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Expert Certification in IT Service Management.

Sandilya Garimella reports to Rakesh Bhatia, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Abhishek Garg - VP, Growth, Manish Gupta - Co-Founder & CTO, and Vijay Kanth VK - Co-Founder & CFO.
