Thierry D'Argent

Thierry d'Argent is the Chief Executive Officer of Société Générale's London Branch and serves as the Group Chief Country Officer for the UK and Ireland. With a career at Société Générale that began in May 2009, Thierry holds multiple key positions, including Member of the Group Management Board and Executive Committee, and has led global functions in Coverage, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition to these roles, Thierry is actively involved in several organizations, serving as a board member for Societe Generale International Ltd., Sanford C. Bernstein Holdings Limited, ALD Automotive Group Ltd., Societe Generale Investments (U.K.) Limited, and SG Kleinwort Hambros, as well as participating in leadership councils for UK Finance and TheCityUK. Thierry also contributes to the Diversity Project in the investment industry. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and completion of the Executive Corporate Finance Programme at London Business School.
