The current board of directors at TheDream.US have a wide range of experience in many different industries. Some of these include: CEO and co-founder at Excelencia in Education, Vice President at Data and Policy Analysis for Los Angeles County Alliance for Student Achievement, Deputy Director at White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans, and Independent Director at Broadscale Acquisition Corp. Many of the members have also worked as Senior Advisors, Entrepreneurship Managers, Technology Assistants, and Adjunct Professors. In terms of education, the board members have studied at Virginia Tech, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), The George Washington University Columbian College of Arts & Sciences, and John Jay College (CUNY).
