David Isabelle

David Isabelle serves as the Managing Director of the Public Infrastructure Division at TEC, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, David held multiple leadership roles at STV from July 2019 to January 2023, including Senior Vice President and Northeast Regional Manager. David's extensive experience also includes over 20 years at H.W. Lochner, where David rose to the position of Senior Vice President/Northeast Regional Team Leader. David began the career as a Civil Engineer, with positions at URS Corporation, Goodkind & O'Dea, and HNTB. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut between 1990 and 1994.
