Josh Bryant has a diverse work history, beginning with their role as a Receiver for SMU Football in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they were an External Communications Specialist for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Dallas and a Sr. Researcher for Ducker Worldwide. In 2010, they became the Founder and CEO of LimeLight Communications LLC., where they closed $1M+ in celebrity endorsements and sales. Josh was also the first professional athlete to stream a live-video fan Q&A on a Facebook page. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Director of M&A Communications for Revstone and the Chairman of Solve Logistics, a certified minority-owned 3rd-party logistics provider. In 2017, they became the Founder of Fangage, Inc., where they managed a team of 5 Jr. Developers and a sales team of 4, and launched multiple tech products. Josh also became the Head of Social Media Content and Execution for Intersect Communications, where they led the team responsible for creating the social calendars for their clients.

Josh Bryant attended Southern Methodist University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a BA in Corporate Communications & Public Affairs. Prior to that, they attended Bellville High School from 2002 to 2005.
