Colton Watson has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Colton started their career at Progressive Insurance in 2017 as a Senior Claims Representative, handling less complex claims and ensuring a positive customer experience. Colton then transitioned to the role of Claims Onboarding Coach, supporting and guiding new claims employees. After that, Colton became a Claims Generalist Associate, managing complex claims files for personal auto customers. In 2021, they joined Next Insurance as a Customer Service Team Lead, taking on a leadership role in the customer service department. Currently, Colton is working at TheGuarantors as a Manager of Customer Success, responsible for customer satisfaction. In January 2023, they will be promoted to the position of Director of Customer Success. Colton's skills include building relationships with customers, providing empathetic support, and negotiating to reach satisfactory resolutions.

Colton Watson attended Texas Tech University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Music and an emphasis on Education, along with a minor in Business. After their degree, Colton acquired additional certifications including "Developing Your Team Members" and "Managing Employee Performance Problems" from LinkedIn, obtained in December 2021. Colton also obtained an "Insurance Agent, Property & Casualty" certification from the Texas Department of Insurance in November 2021.
