Michelle Maher

Michelle Maher joined the Highland team in the winter of 2021. In her work, she loves learning about the user’s experience and diving deep into understanding their needs. She works closely with her team to develop solutions that meet client goals and enhance people’s everyday lives.

Before joining Highland, Michelle worked as part of research and strategy teams at multiple design firms, concentrating on local and international work. She specialized in user experience across education, healthcare, and workplace portfolios ranging in scale from 150 to 32,000 people.

On the weekends you can find Michelle visiting with her family in the Chicago suburbs or planning hiking adventures with her architect husband.
