Alexandra Cavoulacos

Alexandra Cavoulacos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexandra is currently the Chief Operating Officer & Head of Product at HUG, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded Angel Labs in February 2022, where they led a 10-week curriculum-based Web3 accelerator. Alexandra is also an author, having published "The New Rules of Work" with Penguin Random House in April 2017.

In 2021, Alexandra founded Meta Angels, a membership community that utilized web3 technology for lending NFTs. The company was later acquired by HUG in December 2022.

Alexandra's notable work history includes being the Founder & President of TheMuse.com, which they founded in 2011 and scaled for six years. Alexandra later served as President, with a focus on profitability. Before that, they held roles at McKinsey & Company, where they worked as a Senior Associate, Manager of Professional Development, and Business Analyst.

Alexandra also worked as the Executive Director at Global21 from 2006 to 2007 and as a Political Intern at the U.S. Department of State in 2007. Additionally, they had an internship at South East England House in 2006. Alexandra's work experience showcases their expertise in building and scaling businesses, product management, and navigating the changing market landscape.

Alexandra Cavoulacos attended Lycee International de St. Germain-en-Laye from 1996 to 2004, where they obtained their Baccalaureat, Option Internationale with a field of study in Serie Scientifique. Alexandra then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Yale University from 2004 to 2008. In 2012, they participated in the W12 batch at Y Combinator.
