Marina Franco

Marina Franco has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marina is currently working as the Vice-president of Engineering at Theia since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Technology at PicPay from October 2021 to May 2022. Between June 2019 and October 2021, Marina was the Superintendent of Technology and Digital Transformation at SulAmérica. During their tenure at SulAmérica, they held multiple positions such as Manager of Life, Pension, and Investment Systems, Manager of Capitalization Systems, and Coordinator of Digital Channels. Marina also worked as a Professor at Universidade Federal Fluminense from June 2010 to December 2016.
