Heather Ahlers

Heather Ahlers possesses extensive experience in human resources, specializing in benefits and total rewards. Currently serving as a Total Rewards Analyst at Imagine since February 2023, Ahlers previously worked as a Benefits Specialist for the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community from January 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that role, Ahlers contributed to Agropur Inc. from August 2016 to January 2022 as a Human Capital Business Partner and as a Benefits & Compensation Specialist.
