Tom Myers has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting across various industries. Tom began their career as a Sr. Cost Accountant at Akzo Nobel Chemicals in 1996. Tom then joined ADC in 1999 as a Cost Accounting Manager, where they provided finance support for manufacturing operations and managed a team of up to five direct reports. After that, they worked at J&B Group as a Manager of Financial Analysis, leading finance support for cost accounting, pricing, and analysis for all five business units. At Michael Foods, they served as a Cost Accounting Manager, providing budgeting, reporting, and analysis support for inventory, COGS, and supply chain. Tom then moved on to PDL BioPharma as an Accounting Manager, where they streamlined the month-end close process and led the transfer of cost accounting support for commercial product inventory. At Genmab, they held the position of Manager of Financial Operations, overseeing accounting support for an antibody manufacturing facility and contributing to successful SAP system implementations. Currently, Tom is working at Imagine as Vice President Finance, leading the finance department and contributing to strategic financial decision-making.
Tom Myers attended Saint John's University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Afterward, they went on to study Accounting at the University of Minnesota from 1991 to 1993.
